If an amount is added to the user's Powerhitters account, it can't be refunded to the user in any case, and it can be used to join the leagues or contests organized by Powerhitters.

A transaction confirmed by Powerhitters cannot be cancelled by individuals using its services. Any user may, however, cancel any transaction and request a refund of the amount paid by the user at Powerhitters's sole and absolute discretion if: If the User sends a written request to Powerhitters to cancel such payment from the registered email address; It is necessary for the cancellation request to be received at least 2 days prior to the commencement of the round for which the payment is made if the payment is for participation in the paid version(s) of the Contest(s); otherwise, the Powerhitters will not be liable for a refund.

As mentioned above, Powerhitters reserves the right to refund the transaction amount to the user based on its sole and absolute discretion after deducting cancellation charges and taxes. The additional terms and conditions associated with transactions shall prevail if the clauses in such terms and conditions conflict with the terms and conditions provided by Powerhitters. Refunds only apply to the amount used to join contests and will be credited to the Powerhitters User Account source.
