FAIRPLAY POLICY

If a User violates these Terms and Conditions, or Powerhitters has reason to believe that such a user has violated these Terms and Conditions or has illegally or improperly used Powerhitters Website/Mobile App or Powerhitters Services in a manner detrimental to Powerhitters, our Users, or the general public, Powerhitters may terminate the User's access to the Website/Mobile App or Powerhitters Services. At its sole and absolute discretion, it may restrict, suspend, or terminate any User's access to the Powerhitters Contests or the Powerhitters Platform at any time for any reason, deactivate or delete the User's account, and all associated information. As well, the user's account funds will be frozen instantly.

Powerhitters also reserves the right to take civil and criminal legal action as it deems appropriate.

Privacy

Your username selection should not reveal personal details such as your email address, postal address, phone number, etc. No untrusted third parties can access the information we store in a secure environment.
